Thank you for shopping with Pro College Gear. We aim to process your order quickly and keep shipping simple and transparent. All orders ship at a flat rate of FREE per order, regardless of destination or order size.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them together once all items are ready.
  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff may begin processing the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent when your package leaves our facility.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • Carrier delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, customs, and peak seasons can extend delivery.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first.

International Shipments

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Pro College Gear.
  • Customs processing can add additional days beyond the estimates above.
  • Some destinations may have delivery limitations to PO Boxes; please provide a physical address when possible.

Exceptions & Notices

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing and transit may take longer.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes) may cause unexpected delays.
  • If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you at the email on file with options.
