At Pro College Gear, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, our 30-day free return & exchange program makes it simple. We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition with all original tags/packaging intact. If your item arrives damaged in transit, we take full responsibility and will replace it or refund you at no cost.

What We Accept

  • Items must be unused and unaltered, with all accessories, manuals, and brand packaging included.
  • For hygiene and safety, items showing wear, stains, odors, pet hair, or missing components aren’t eligible.
  • Gift sets or bundles must be returned in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right at no cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can file a carrier claim and immediately arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Free Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via Email: [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason (return or exchange).
  2. We’ll review eligibility and issue a prepaid mailing label for you to download and print.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging), affix the label, and drop it off as instructed.
  4. Keep your return receipt/tracking for reference until your refund or exchange is completed.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Choose exchange when contacting us. We’ll reserve your replacement item (subject to availability) and ship it once the original item is scanned in by the carrier using the prepaid label we provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return passes inspection.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
  • Original outbound shipping was free; you will not be charged any return handling fees.

Packaging & Condition Checklist

  • All tags attached; accessories, manuals, and extras included.
  • No signs of wear, washing, alteration, or odor.
  • Use a sturdy box or mailer; cushion fragile items. Do not ship items loose.

Non-Returnable (for health/safety or legal reasons)

Personalized or custom-made items, final sale items (if clearly marked at checkout), and items not in their original condition are not eligible. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or incorrect items.

Notes: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. Pro College Gear provides a prepaid return label for all approved returns and exchanges. If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us to arrange a reshipment.
