2) Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Taxes may apply based on your shipping address and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; charges occur at order placement or shipment, depending on the method.
• If a pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel and refund or contact you for instructions before shipment.

3) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

4) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a straightforward 30-day return/exchange program for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in original condition with tags and packaging. If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will replace or refund at no cost to you. 5) Product Information & Availability

• We strive for accuracy in product images, colors, sizing, and descriptions; minor variations may occur due to display settings or production tolerances.
• We may limit quantities per order, household, or account to prevent abuse or ensure fair access.
• We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.

6) Promotions, Discount Codes & Store Credit

• Promotions and codes are time-limited, non-transferable, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• If an order using a promotion is returned, refunds may be prorated to reflect the discount.
• Store credits and gift cards are treated as cash equivalents on our site and are subject to these Terms.

7) Acceptable Use & User Content

You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g., interfere with site security, scrape content without permission, or engage in fraudulent activity).
